On June 16th we invited Friends (F), Uncles(U), Dads(D), Grandads(G) etc (E) into setting to celebrate Fathers's Day. We had lots of dads,grandads and mums enjoying a bacon or a sausage bap, pastries and juice. It was a great time for our families as they shared books and socialised with each other.
On June 21st we had a visit from Gainsborough's House. They brought with them their camera obscura and some activitries for the children to do. The children ( and the adults) were fascinated with the different images we could see in the camera obscura. A small group of children had previously visited Gainsborough's House in the town.
