The children have been taking part in many different activities relating to the story The Tiger who came to tea . We made buns and sandwiches, role played the story ( the staff acted out the story too) and made pretend tea using the teapots and cups .
The children also drew their own pictures on a large piece of paper of different characters from the book and created tiger masks and invitations to a tea party.
The children focused well and took time,care and control as they created their fantastic pictures and developed their mark making skills.
